I was honoured to be able to present Elders Bernard and Tammy Nelson the King Charles III Coronation Medal for their countless years of tireless work at the Royal Military College of Canada and their support in advancing reconciliation within the Canadian Armed Forces.

While at RMC, I also had the chance to meet with participants in the Indigenous Leadership Opportunity Year (ILOY) program and speak with them about their experiences in this important program.
